All of the above are synonyms for MSG

MSG can cross the blood-brain barrier through the Hypocampus. In the brain MSG causes damage to Neurons (Brain cells) by exciting them. Calcium enters the brain cell in excessive quantity thus killing the cell.

There have been numerous studies that have implicated MSG with Alzheimer's Disease, ALS, Parkinson's disease, Depression, Poor Memory, Panic Attacks, Learning Disabilities, Seizures, Flushing, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Migraine Headaches.

If you are going to eat out and you are not sure if you will be ingesting MSG, take Vit C 1000 mg and Vit E 400 Units prior to eating.

Note: All commercially prepared salad dressings, peanut butter, soups, etc., contain varying amount of MSG. All salted canned foods may contain from 0.2% to 0.9% MSG.
